Churches Together in Cumbria is part of Cumbria's Emergency Planning structure. All clergy should thoroughly familiarise themselves with the Churches Together in Cumbria Emergency Plan.

To make the Emergency Plan even more effective, local Churches Together Groups are asked to consider how they would respond in the event of an emergency in their community and draw up a local Churches Emergency Plan along the same line as the county Churches Emergency Plan.
